BANANA BOATS

Ingredients:
Bananas
Chocolate Chips
Butterscotch Chips
Mini Marshmallows
Granola
Any other ingredients to fill your Banana Boat
Tinfoil

Directions:
Turn your oven on Broil, place oven rack as low as it will go. Using a good sized piece of tinfoil, place one banana on top and then fold tinfoil around banana to make a base so the banana sits upright and doesn't lean to the side.  Then, split down the middle from top to bottom with a sharp knife about 1/2 inch, just enough to stuff goodies down the middle.  Slightly pull the peel away from the banana.  Take your chocolate & butterscotch chips and place in the middle of banana. Then, top with granola and end with marshmallows on top. Place Banana Boat in oven, bake until marshmallows are nice and brown, don't burn. It helps to keep oven door slightly open so you can make sure marshmallows don't burn.  If the chocolate chips need to melt more, place another piece of foil over the top of the banana and cook longer. This can also be done around a campfire or on the grill.  Enjoy....the Meals in a Rush way!
