SUMMERTIME BBQ SAUCE
Cookin' it up with Rockies Pitcher
Aaron Cook and his wife Holly

Ingredients:
1 Can Diced Tomatoes - 28 oz. can
1 Cup Ketchup
1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce
1 T. Horseradish
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 C. Green Onions, Scallions - Diced
1/4 C. Chopped Green Peppers
1/4 C. Vinegar
1/4 C. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Sugar
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Cloves Garlic - Minced

Directions:
Stir everything together in a big bowl. Pour the whole can of tomatoes including the juice. You can let the mixture sit overnight before grilling and marinating. This lets all the spices marry together. Marinate what you're grilling for at least a couple of hours in the BBQ Sauce! While cooking on the grill, make sure you are continuously basting the meat with the sauce. Also, don't ever use a fork to turn over the meat on the grill, use tongs.  This mixture also works great in the crock pot for cooking meat. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
