CATCH IT QUICK CHICKEN

Ingredients:
2 lb. (5-6) Chicken Breasts
2 - 8 oz. Cans Crushed Pineapple - Drained (except saving 2 T. of the pineapple juice)
1/3 Cup Heinz 57 Sauce
2 T. Honey
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. First, mix the sauce. In a bowl pour in your Heinz 57, honey and the pineapple liquid. Stir together. Set aside. Take your baking dish and lightly spray with oil. Place chicken breasts, salt and pepper the chicken and then place in the oven for about 30 minutes covered with tinfoil. Take out of the oven, then pour over the liquid. Cook another 25 minutes, uncovered. Baste with the sauce during that cooking time. Next, take out of oven and cover with pineapple. Cook another 10 minutes..basting on and off as well.  You will notice that as the juices thicken it turns into a nice delicious glaze!
Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
