CHERRY TURKEY SALAD

Ingredients:
1/3 Cup Light Miracle Whip
3 T. Lemon Juice
5 Cups Chopped Turkey Breast  - (1) 32 oz. Package (the full Turkey Breast you buy at the store, not sandwich meat. Also, the Turkey/Ham mixture tastes great!)
3 Cups Diced Celery
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 Cup Seedless Grapes, Cut
1/2 Cup Slivered or Sliced Almonds
1 10 oz. Jar Maraschino Cherries, Drained and Cut into Quarters (save some of the juice to pour into the salad)

Directions:
First, chop up all the ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together the Light Miracle Whip and Lemon Juice. Make sure this mixture is not too thick, but thinned out a bit. You don't want a strong Miracle Whip taste. Taste test to your liking. Whisk until completely smooth. In a big mixing bowl, put in remaining ingredients. Then, pour over the Miracle Whip mixture. Coat to taste. Add some of the cherry juice for a touch of added sweetness. Also, with Meals in a Rush recipes go ahead and add other ingredients or more or less of the above ingredients. Let your taste buds do the talking! Next, let the Cherry Turkey Salad chill for a bit in the fridge! This will serve between 12-14 people. This recipe is also very easy to double if you have a larger crowd!
Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way.
