Ingredients: 1 Package or 8 Squares Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate 1 Package or 6 Squares White Baking Chocolate 2 T. Peanut Butter 10 Oreo Cookies Also Needed: Cookie Sheet, Wax Paper, Plastic Bag & Hammer
Directions: First crumble the oreo cookies in a plastic bag. Put them in plastic bag & squeeze around until well crumbled...kids can help you do that. Next, on a cookie sheet with sides cover with wax paper. Then, in two separate microwavable bowls place the chocolate in one and the white chocolate in another. Microwave until completely melted, follow directions on pacakge. Stir occasionally. Start at about 2 minutes to melt. Take out when done. Immediately in the white chocolate mixture stir in the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, stir until well blended. Now, take the cookie mixture and pour half in one bowl of chocolate half in the other bowl of chocolate. Mix well again. Now, on a wax covered cookie sheet drop spoonfuls of the chocolate mixtures onto that alternating coloras. Then, take a butter knife and cut through the chocolate several times; spreading evenly. Kids love doing that part too. This gives you the marble effect. The next step is to place the cookie sheet of chocolate into the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When hardened take a board cutter and put on top of your counter, dump over the chocolate mixture on the wax paper. Lift the wax paper off the chocolate to loosen keeping it over the chocolate because now you're going to take the hammer and slightly pound. This will break up into chunks. Store in refrigerator.
