CROCK POT MAC -N- CHEESE
Ingredients:
1 Package Elbow Macaroni (Cooked and Drained)
1/2 Cup Butter (Melted)
1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
1 Can Evaporated Milk (Large Can)
1 Can Cheddar Cheese Soup (Undiluted)
4 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Set 1 Cup aside)
Paprika (To Put on Top Once Cooked)
***Directions:
Cook elbow macaroni. Melt butter. Then, pour all above ingredients into crock pot. Stir all ingredients together. Cook on high between 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Stirring once in awhile. About last 15 stir again and add the last cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Cook on low for about 4 hours. It should slightly bubble around the sides when complete. When you serve you can top with paprika. You can also do other creative additions; tuna fish, bacon or add a touch of sour cream on top when serving! Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
