Ingredients: 2 - 8 oz. Low-Fat Crescent Rolls 1 1/4 lb. Lean Hamburger or Turkey Burger 1 Envelope Low Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix 1 1/2 Cup Chunky Salsa 1 Clove Garlic, diced 1 Cup Low-Fat Sour Cream 2 Cups Lettuce - Break into smaller pieces Tomato Diced - enough to cover the top of pizza Onions Diced - as many as you'd like 1/2 Cup 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Unroll the crescent dough, place and spread out on cookie sheet. You can break into triangles and place around as well. Make sure all seams are sealed together to make one whole pizza crust, spread evenly all over the cookie sheet. Put in oven and bake until golden brown; about 15 minutes or so. While that's baking brown the meat and garlic together; drain off excess liquid. Put in the taco seasoning mix (half of packet) and the salsa. Stir together and warm thoroughly. On the baked crust spread around the sour cream, then add the meat mixture - spreading around evenly. Next, top with the rest of the ingredients; tomato, cheese, onion, lettuce, diced hot peppers if you'd like - anything you want to spice things up! Cut into squares and serve.
