FROZEN LIME MINT SALAD
Ingredients:
1 29 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
1 3 oz. Package Lime Flavored Gelatin
1 - 2 C. Tiny Marshmallows
1 C. Butter Mints (Crushed)
1 9 oz. Container Frozen Whipped Dessert Topping (Thawed)
Lettuce, Grapes Leaves, Spinach (Anything You Want to Serve the Salad On)
Paper Bake Cups
Directions: In large bowl combine undrained pineapple, dry lime gelatin, marshmallows and crushed mints. Stir and then cover. Refrigerate until mints soften and melt. Fold in dessert topping. Spoon mixture into 16-20 paper bake cup lined muffin pans. Cover and freeze until firm. Peel off paper and serve on grape leaf, lettuce or leave in paper bake cup and serve. You can also garnish with fresh mint sprigs. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
