HOBOS

Ingredients:
Hamburger Patty (80/20% mix is the best)
Potato
Onion
Carrot
Salt & Pepper to taste
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place one hamburger patty in the center of one sheet of aluminum which is about 13 inches long. Cut potato and carrot slices...about 1/4 inch or less. Cut several onion slices in smaller widths. Cover hamburger patty with slices of potato, carrot and onion. Salt and pepper to taste. Bring two opposing sides of the foil up and over the patty, cresing and folding down the sides together to form a seal. Fold the other two sides separately to seal the entire combination. Place hobo in the oven and cook for one hour. Remove from oven and open the foil being cautious because of the escaping steam. Move the hobo from the foil to a plate and Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way.
