HOT CHICKEN SALAD
Ingredients: 4 Cups Diced Cooked Chicken Breast or (3 cans of canned chicken to equal 32 oz. - Drained) 3 Cups Diced Celery 1/2 Cup Toasted Almonds 2 Tablespoons Grated Onion 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice 1 Teaspoon Salt & Pepper 1 Cup Low-Fat Mayonnaise 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
Directions: Preheat the oven to 275-300 degrees. Lightly spray 13X9 Baking dish with grease. Drain the juices from the cans if using canned chicken breast. Pour all above ingredients into baking dish and stir until mixed. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Serve with fresh garlic bread. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
