HOT DOG RACERS

Ingredients:
Hot Dogs (however many you want to make. Each car needs two Hot Dogs)
Hot Dog Buns (however many "bun" cars you're making)
Mustard
Pepperoni Slices
Pretzel Sticks
Pretzel Tiny Twists
Big Black Olives
Cheese or Pitas (to create flags)
Toothpicks
Directions:
Have fun with this recipe. Take a hot dog bun. On each end pierce a pretzel stick through from side to side. Then on each end of the pretzel sticks slide on a pepperoni slice. These are your wheels. Then, take one hot dog; slice it in half; then on that sliced hot dog, the piece you're placing in the front; cut a small section out to place the pretzel steering wheel. On the other hot dog; simply cut in half. This piece is going to serve as the race car driver's body. Cut one big black olive in half; take one half and go around some of the inside so it can sit easier as a hat for the race car driver. Now, let's assemble. You have your bun and pretzel's set as the car. Place the first hot dog your cut down on the bun; making sure you have the hot dig with the slit in the front. Then, take the second hot dog you cut in half....and place half of it upright in-between the one already on the bun. Take the pretzel twist and place as the steering wheel in the slit created earlier; then behind that and to the side; place the pretzel sticks to serve as the hands. Now, with a toothpick; dab one end into some mustard and draw on the face, eyes, nose and mouth. Next, place the black olive hat on top. Finally, to create your flag; cut those from your cheese or pita and then stick a toothpick through; then stick in the back of the hot dog race care. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
