OVEN OATMEAL

Ingredients:
1 1/2 C. Milk
2 Eggs, Beaten
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/4 C. Oil
Dash of vanilla, almond or maple flavoring
2 C. Quick Oats
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
3/4 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 C. Raisins
1/2 C. Chopped Nuts
2 Med. Sliced Bananas
Blueberries (Any other fruit you'd like to add or use on top to serve)
Cool Whip to Top

Directions: 
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart or any baking dish you'd like to use for this recipe. Throw in all the ingredients, except fruit, into a mixing bowl and mix away. Next, place the sliced bananas and any other fruit on the bottom of the baking dish. Take the oatmeal mixture and pour over. Place in oven and cook for 40 minutes or until firm to touch and golden brown.  Enjoy..the Meals in a Rush way.
