Ingredients: 1 1/2 C. Milk 2 Eggs, Beaten 1/2 C. Brown Sugar 1/4 C. Oil Dash of vanilla, almond or maple flavoring 2 C. Quick Oats 1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 3/4 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 C. Raisins 1/2 C. Chopped Nuts 2 Med. Sliced Bananas Blueberries (Any other fruit you'd like to add or use on top to serve) Cool Whip to Top
Directions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 quart or any baking dish you'd like to use for this recipe. Throw in all the ingredients, except fruit, into a mixing bowl and mix away. Next, place the sliced bananas and any other fruit on the bottom of the baking dish. Take the oatmeal mixture and pour over.
