PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

Ingredients:
1/2 C. Creamy Peanut Butter
1/3 C. Butter - softened
1 C. Sugar
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1 C. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
6 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9" baking pan. In a big bowl, blend together peanut butter and softened butter until creamy. Next, add sugar, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs, beat well. Now, add sifted flour, baking powder and salt. Stir all together then add chocolate chips! Pour into the greased pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes. Checking periodically as oven temperatures can vary. The Peanut Butter Brownies are done when the entire top is a nice golden brown color. Let cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into squares and serving. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way.
