PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Ingredients:
8 ounces Cream Cheese in the container, softened (I use the low-fat option)
1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar (I only use 1 Cup, but for full sweetness add total amount)
1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter (I use the low-fat option)
1 Cup Chilled Whipping Cream
1/2 tsp. Vanilla or Almond Extract
1 Ready made Chocolate Cookie Crumb Pie Crust
Directions: In a large mixing bowl combine all ingredients, except crust. With a mixer - blend until very smooth and creamy. Pour mixture into crust. Place pie in freezer for at least 2 hours. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way.
