POTATO CHIP COOKIES
Ingredients:
1/2 C. Butter Softened
3/8 C. Sugar
3/8 C. Packed Brown Sugar 1 Egg
1/2 - 1 C. Flour (make sure dough has soft yet firm consistancy)
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 C. Lightly Crushed Potato Chips
1/2 C. Mix of Chocolate/Butterscotch Chips (or any combination you would like)
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375. In large bowl mix together softened butter, sugars and eggs. Then, mix/stir in remaining ingredients. Place tablespoon sized drops on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until just very lightly brown. Should make around 20-24 cookies. Depends on how much cookie dough you eat and how big your want each cookie! Also, very easy to double recipe! Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
