SAUSAGE SOUFFLE

Ingredients:
1 Pkg. Breakfast Sausage Links (turkey or regular kind)
1 Pkg. Seasoned Croutons
1 Bag Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs
2 1/4 Cups Milk
3/4 teaspoon Dried Mustard
1 Can Mushroom Soup
1/4 Cup Milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.  Cut sausage links into smaller bite-sized pieces. Grease 9X13 baking dish. In a bowl beat eggs, 2 1/4 cups milk and dried mustard until mixed. In another bowl beat together mushroom soup and 1/4 cup milk. In the greased baking dish pour out the package of croutons and spread evenly on bottom. On top of the croutons place the cheese evenly. Next, pour over the egg mixture to coat evenly. Then, place around the sausage. Finally on top, pour the mushroom soup mixture. You will have to lightly spread around with a spoon. Bake uncovered for "1 and a half" hours. Once done, take out of oven and let sit to cool for at least 20 minutes.  Cut into squares and serve with fruit medley, toast and nice breakfast drink. You can also prepare this the night before and put in oven the next day. OR, completely prepare the day before and then reheat for a wonderful breakfast, brunch or for any meal!  Enjoy....the Meals in a Rush way!
