Whip Up an E-mail

SLOW COOKER FAJITAS

Ingredients:
Variety of Green, Red, Yellow and Orange Peppers (cut into strips)  
1 Medium Onion (sliced)
2 Pounds Boneless Beef Sirloin Steaks (cut into thin strips)
3/4 C. Water
2 T. Red Wine Vinegar
1 T. Lime Juice
1 t. Ground Cumin
1 t. Chili Powder
1/2 t. Garlic Powder
1/2 t. Pepper
1/2 t. Cayenne Pepper
Tortillas
Serve with Salsa, Guacamole & Sour Cream
 
Directions:
Place peppers and onions on the bottom of crock pot. Then, place meat. In a bowl mix water, vinegar, lime juice and all spices. Stir around and then pour on top of beef. Let cook on high 3-4 hours; low 5-6.  If you are around; stir a few times.  Make sure meat is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are soft to touch.  Before serving stir around. Serve with tortillas, salsa, guacamole and sour cream.  Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
