STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE ICE CREAM
Ingredients:
1 8 oz. Softened Cream Cheese
1/3 Cup Whipping Cream
1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk (14 oz. Can)
2 tsp. Lemon Peel (Grated - Finely Chopped)
1 1/2 Cup Diced Fresh Strawberries
3 Full Graham Crackers (Crushed)
Directions:
In a bowl with a hand mixer, blend together the first four ingredients until smooth and creamy. Place in freezer for about an hour. You want this first mixture to start the freezing process, but not all the way. In the meantime, dice up your fresh strawberries and crush the graham crackers. Take the cream cheese mixture out of the freezer. Then, stir in the strawberries and graham crackers. Place back in the freezer for about 6-8 hours. You want this mixture to completely freeze to create your homemade Ice Cream! YUM! You can also replace the cream cheese and the strawberries with other flavors or mix -n- match. For example, make it all blueberry. Or, toss in some fresh peaches and make it a mixture of fruit flavors! Enjoy...The Meals in a Rush way.
