STRAWBERRY YOGURT PIE

Ingredients:
1 Cup Fresh Cut Strawberries
2 ½ Containers of 6 oz. Strawberry Light Yogurt
1 8 oz. Container Light Cool Whip
1 6 oz. Ready Made Graham Cracker Crust

Directions:
Wash off your strawberries and let dry for a bit. Then cut into small to medium bite sized pieces. Place in a bowl and mix with the yogurt. Then, fold in the cool whip only using close to the full container. If you use the full container you will have some filling left over, this can be used to fill the mini ready made graham cracker crusts or the larger size you can buy. The mini graham cracker crusts work great for single servings!
Once mixed, place the filling in the Graham Cracker Crust. Place in the freezer for about 4 hours! Let thaw 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving. If there is leftover pie put that back in the freezer. Also, feel free to mix in other fruit and yogurt! You can make strawberry-banana, raspberry, blueberry, peach..and the list goes on and on. ENJOY…the Meals in a Rush way!
