I remember the first time that camera light turned on. It was love at first sight!
My producing and on-camera career started during college in San Diego where I produced and was host of my own show, “Backstage Pass." This was an entertainment-driven show that allowed me to interview top Hollywood celebrities and cover red carpet events. During this time, it was exciting to be a one-time special correspondent on the entertainment show "EXTRA."
Soon after graduating from college, I couldn't wait to land a job in Los Angeles. My first national show was "Home and Family" as Talent Executive Assistant helping to coordinate and write celebrity segments.
During my time in L.A., I also was producer for Lifetime Television, MTV and USA Network. While I enjoyed the excitement of the entertainment world, I then decided to go back to my home state of Wyoming to pursue my news anchor career in Cheyenne where I launched a brand new morning show, “Rush Hour." Then, during my time as anchor in Casper “Meals in a Rush” was created.
Throughout my career I have received an Emmy Award for lifestyle Producer/Host and news Executive Producer.
