TURKEY GOBBLER CAKE

Ingredients:
1 Package Chocolate Cake (bake and mix as ingredients say on the box)
1 Can Chocolate Frosting
Large Marshmallow
Red Sugar
Candy Corns
Shredded Coconut

Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Mix up your cake as directions say on the box and cook. Cake will be done when you lightly touch in the middle and it bounces back. Take out of oven and let completly cool. To speed up the process place in freezer. Once cooled and chilled, with your hand, flatten down each of the cakes. Then, place one of the cakes on the platter you'll be serving your "sweet" turkey. Place the other on a cutting board. Frost both. Next, cut out the head by tracing around a 6" bowl or plate. Place that in the middle of the other cake on the platter. Then, cut out the turkey's face and two claws. Place the turkey face on the "head" piece of the cake and then place the two claws. Before decorating take some of the remaining frosting and add with a touch of water or place in the microwave to thin. Drizzle that around the turkey's face and neck to make sure the sides are coated with frosting. Next, place the candy corns around the head for its feathers. Also, place a candy corn on the face for the beak and on each of the claws. Take the big marshmallow and cut at an angle to make the turkey's wattle. Dip one side in water and then dip into red sugar. Place below the neck on the side of the face. Use remaining marshmallow for the eye. Around the face on the head piece you can place shredded coconut if you'd like. That can add some extra fluff for feathers. Now, it's time to Gobble Up...Enjoy the Meals in a Rush way.
