CARAMEL POPCORN
Ingredients: 1 Cup Butter 2 Cups Brown Sugar (packed firmly) ½ Cup Corn Syrup 1 tsp. Salt 1 tsp. Vanilla ½ tsp. Soda 6 Quarts Popped Corn
Directions: Mix brown sugar, butter, syrup, salt and vanilla; bring to a rapid boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and stir fast. Pour over popcorn and mix well. Add nuts if desired. Bake at 250 degrees in oven on cookie sheets for 1 hour. Stir 2 or 3 times. Put in brown paper sack and stir occasionally with spoon as it cools. Then, store in tight container. When you put the caramel popcorn in the brown bag, some of the oil is soaked onto the bag. Enjoy...the Meals in a Rush way!
